The Sniff Test: A cost effective review of a potential investment target at an early stage, prior to committing to full due diligence. The Sniff Test is designed to highlight any major issues before futher costs are incurred. The process incorporates a condensed version of our standard due diligence service along with a financial review.
Strategic Growth: CALASH offers advice and assistance to companies who are looking to enter into, or diversify within the oil and gas sector. We develop and implement bespoke growth strategies and where necessary, identify acquisitions or joint ventures to enable you to meet your goals with minimum exposure.
Vessel Due Diligence and Management Support: Recently launched in response to problematic and costly oil and gas vessel build or conversion projects. CALASH has access to some of the UK’s foremost vessel audit personnel, and we apply this with our commercial expertise to provide Vessel Due Diligence and Management Support.
